How to share public and private links

To share a Journey with others, you first have to make the Journey publicly available:

1. Open the Journey and click on the arrow in the top right corner. 

2. Toggle on the button that says ‘Share publicly’. 

3. Check the building blocks that you want others to be able to view (note that unchecked building blocks will still appear in the Journey, though they cannot be expanded for more details). 

4. You can also create a password so that only the right stakeholders can view the journey with the shared link. 

Once public sharing has been enabled, you can copy the link to directly share with others. When public sharing is turned off, only people with access to the Workspace can view this Journey.
