Review insights and their scores
Each insight will receive a score that is based on quotes linked to the insight. It first rolls up the sentiment calculated by AI to each of the quotes. Next, it calculates the reliability, checking the diversity and volume of the data sources. The resulting score is a result of those two factors taken together.

You can leverage the score as a way to filter down to top or bottom 10 insights in the journey. It works in combination with other filters (e.g. insight types).

If an insight is enriched with new quotes, you will see a divider showing the newly added source files and related quotes.

You can trace back the quote to original context (most relevant for interviews) and easily change the experience impact based on our AI sentiment scoring. You can also unlink the quote if it doesn’t belong there. Changes will recalculate the insight score in the insight.

You can link additional quotes or create new notes (without an underlying source file). You can set experience impact for each note yourself. Changes will recalculate the insight score in the insight.
