Nested journeys

Within a larger journey, you can include more detailed journeys as sub-journeys or ‘nested’ journeys. These nested journeys can represent specific stages, phases, or components of the overarching journey, allowing for a more granular view and management of the customer experience.

Nested journeys help organize complex processes into smaller, more manageable units, facilitating better understanding and analysis of the overall journey framework. When you nest journeys into other journeys, you can see a summary of those journeys at a glance (one lane showing everything that’s nested).

When you begin nesting Opportunities and Solutions, the status you choose for each nested Opportunity and Solution will affect the overall progress of its parent. This progress can be seen in your Progress Bar within the Goals, Opportunities and Solutions sections.
