Linking Insights to Opportunities

The more Insights you link to an Opportunity, the better you can estimate their impact on the customer experience. Linking Insights to Opportunities also establishes a clear rationale for why certain Opportunities have been established or prioritized.

See all connected Insights within an Opportunity under the Insights tab detail, including those linked manually and ‘Related Insights’, which are automatically included because they share a Journey step with your Opportunity. You can hide irrelevant Insights or explicitly highlight those you want to emphasize.

Administrators can disable the ‘Related Insights’ feature from Settings > Workflow if they prefer manual linking. However, automatic linking streamlines workflows and ensures that all Opportunities are properly evaluated for prioritization. Therefore, we recommend keeping this feature enabled.
