Journey Summarization with AI

Journey Summarization is a feature that creates emergent journey frameworks by synthesizing insights across nested journeys.

What you need before starting:

• A nested journey lane in your parent journey

• Properly configured nested journeys

• Correct linking between parent journey steps and child journey phases

How It Works:
The system analyzes the relationship between parent journey steps and child journey phases to create comprehensive summaries. This creates a hierarchical understanding of your customer journeys.

1. Navigate to the insight lane

2. Click the AI icon

3. Select "Summarize Journeys"

4. Choose desired insight types (optional)

5. Set your preferred time window

6. Click Continue

Configuration Options

• Insight Types:

  • Gains

  • Pains

  • Needs

  • Observations

If no types are selected, all insight types will be included in the summarization.

Insight Enrichment

The system automatically performs insight enrichment during journey summarization to maintain data integrity and prevent redundancy.

• Automatically matches new insights to existing summaries

• Creates new summaries only when no matches are found

• Marks newly created summaries distinctly

• Ensure proper linking between parent and child journeys

• Regularly review and validate summarized insights

• Use time windows strategically to focus on relevant insights
