Insight Mining

Insight mining is an AI feature that allows you to extract valuable insights from all uploaded files in your workspace, regardless of which journey they were originally associated with.

To start:
1. Create or select an insight lane in your journey.
2. Click the AI icon within the insight lane.
3. Select "Mine Insights".

How It Works
The system processes uploaded transcripts and research materials to extract relevant quotes, which are then used to create insights. These quotes are permanently saved in your workspace for future use.

Configuration Options

• Insight Types
  You can specify which types of insights to mine:

  • Gains

  • Pains

  • Needs

  • Observations

If no types are selected, the system will search for all types of insights.

Time Window Selection
You can specify the time period for mining insights, with access to all historical content in your workspace.

How to enrich your Insights

Insight Enrichment works in conjunction with Insight Mining to intelligently manage your insights database.

• Automatically matches new quotes to existing insights before creating new ones

• Prevents duplicate insights by enriching existing ones with new supporting data

• Works seamlessly with journey summarization features
