Summarize a journey

On TheyDo you can ‘nest’ journeys, or add child journeys to parent ones to create a more high level picture of your customer experience.

You can then summarize insights from nested child journeys into themes by selecting the type of insights you want to create and specifying the time period when the original insights were created. You can repeat the process anytime you want to see whether new relevant insights should be.

While journey summarization is running, the insight lanes and phases & steps are locked so that AI wouldn’t accidentally put the insights into wrong place, if you decide to change the journey structure.

Journey AI will always enrich existing summaries with new insights before it will create new ones. Don’t worry, you can always reject the AI results in bulk, or start reviewing and changing the linked insights before you fully accept them.

You can trace back the summary to the insights it was based on. You can also unlink the insight if it doesn’t belong there. Changes will recalculate the summary score in the insight. Any changes in the underlying insight (e.g. if new quotes were added or experience impact in underlying quotes was changed) will also update the summary score.
