How to create solutions

You can create solutions in TheyDo in two ways:

1. Add solutions directly to a journey

In a journey, click in the solutions lane under any step to create a new solution. To link an existing one, click on the "library" button on the right side or click "/," go to the solutions tab, choose the right solution, and drag it to the desired step. Once added, it will appear as a card in your journey lane.

If the solution relates to more than one step in a row, you can span the card across multiple steps. Just hover over the side and drag it.

2. Add solutions within the solutions library

Within the Solutions library, click on ‘create new’ to create new solutions. You can then add it to any solutions lane in any journey.
