How to create insights

You can create insights in TheyDo in two ways:

1. Add insights directly to Journeys

In a journey, click in the insights lane under any step to create a new insight. To link an existing one, click on the "library" button on the right side or click "/," go to the insights tab, choose the right insight, and drag it to the desired step. Once added, it will appear as a card in your journey lane.

If the insight relates to more than one step in a row, you can span the card across multiple steps. Just hover over the side and drag it.

2. Add insights within the insights library

Within the insights Library, click on ‘create new’ to create a new insight. You can then add it to any insight lane in any journey.
