Enrich a journey or insight mining
You can safely enrich any journey you have in two ways: either by uploading new research and feedback into the journey, or by using the research and feedback already uploaded elsewhere to mine for new insights.

If you choose to upload: select your .txt or .csv files (up to 30 in one go, no more than 50MB per selection). You can also just paste in text from any other file format or platform. AI will not change your phases and steps for you.

If you choose to mine for insights: select only the insight types you want AI to mine for, and specify the time period for the research and feedback that was uploaded anywhere in the workspace.

While insight mining is running, the insight lanes and phases & steps are locked so that AI wouldn’t accidentally put the insights into wrong place, if you decide to change the journey structure.

Journey AI will always enrich existing insights with new quotes before it will create new ones. Don’t worry, you can always reject the AI results in bulk, or start reviewing and changing the linked quotes before you fully accept them.
