What is Data Hub
Data Hub is the central place for managing all files you’ve uploaded into Journey AI. Whether you're working with interviews, surveys, support logs, or feedback—it keeps everything organized so you can focus on turning insights into action.
Where to find it in the app
You’ll find Data Hub in the main menu, just below Goals.
Files in the Data Hub are specific to the workspace they were uploaded in. They won’t appear across other workspaces in your organization.
How to use Data Hub
When you open Data Hub, you’ll see a clear, table-style overview of your uploaded files. For each file, you can view its name, type, owner, upload date, and last update.
You can filter files by type, owner, or a specific date range. Want to customize your view? Use the Configure option to show or hide specific columns.
Need to clean things up? Select multiple files to delete them at once. For individual files, you can download them, delete them, or copy a shareable link (permissions apply).
You can open and rename text files (.txt) directly in Data Hub. While CSV files aren’t viewable just yet, you can still upload and manage them.
A quick reminder
Data Hub is made for unstructured, qualitative data uploaded to Journey AI through your journeys. It’s built to help you manage that data with ease- so you can stay focused on discovering insights.
Soon, you’ll be able to view quotes extracted by Journey AI right inside your files, making it even easier to spot what matters most.
