Custom views

This guide will help you understand how to create and manage custom views after applying filters in the journey view.
Custom views allow you to save specific filtered views, rename them, share them, and manage them effectively.

How to save a custom view

  1. Apply Filters
    Use the global filters (Owner, Persona, Tag, Date) to customize your view in the journey.

  2. Save the View

    After applying the desired filters, exit the filter window, and right under, you will have the option to save the view by clicking on 'save for everyone'.

    Click on the save button to create a custom view.

  3. Name the view
    Now, next to your journey tabs, you will see a new 'untitled view' tab. You can click twice on the tab, type in your new name, or click 'rename' and save your view.

Managing Custom Views

  1. Applying New Filters

    You can apply new filters to an existing custom view and save it as a new view or update the current view.

  2. Deleting a Custom View

    Click on the name of the custom view and select the 'delete' option to remove the view.

Sharing a Custom View

  1. Share the View

    Click on your custom view tab to open the menu. Click on 'share link to view' and share the copied link with your stakeholders or team members to provide them with access to the custom view.
