New: Insight Imports

An essential first step when working with TheyDo is inputting your customer Insights.

That can be hard if you’re switching from another tool or platform and don’t want to waste time copying everything over one-by-one.

TheyDo allows you to automate this process with Insight Imports!

Your Insights can now be imported into TheyDo directly from Miro, Mural, Dovetail, EnjoyHQ or via CSV file.

Map Insight fields for Title, Text, Type, Status and Tags to choose how you want your Insights to appear in TheyDo.


With a couple clicks and a few minutes, your Insights will be ready for you in TheyDo’s centralized Insights library.
